Food and Wine Matching Experience
With Old and New World Wines

This course is for :-
- Anyone who wants to learn about matching food with wine.
- Anyone who finds choosing the right wine for a special meal is a bit of a lottery.
This is a very informal course with a lot of interaction and discussion. No knowledge of wine is required but it does help if you do enjoy wine as we will be tasting a range of wines with a selection of canapes.
In this course we will discuss the main grape varieties as well as which new and old world wines that you can pair with food. We will also cover the main flavours of food, as well as “difficult” foods that can be a challenge for wines.
